Techniques  coaches, athletes  follow to prevent themselves from sports injuries. 

  • Always warm up before playing
  • Know how to correctly use athletic equipment
  • Be in proper physical condition to play a sport
  • Play by the rules of a sport
  • Wear appropriate protective gear
  • Stay hydrated
  • Avoid playing when very tired or in pain
  • Do not overlook or ignore a small injury and consult the doctor.
